After many weeks of looking at the same old things, I asked Jason if we could give the living room a little facelift. He agreed but gave one restriction: no new furniture. So off I went to add new accessories and pictures. I felt like our old living room still had that "college" look. I wanted a grown-up space for us to enjoy as a family. This was not a total facelift - it is more like some botox injections - a little pick-me-up.
(I don't have any before pictures since this transformation happened over the course of about a month.)
