Here's a picture of all of the great-grandchildren: Summit, Avery, Journey, Wade, Erin, and Michael.
On Thanksgiving Day, we went out to the "country." When I say "country," I mean little to no cell phone service, no Wal-Mart or Target within a 20-mile radius, no cable, etc. We went to Jason's grandmother's house in Osage, Texas, followed by a trip to Aunt Mamie and Uncle Clayton's farm in Crawford. (Their property backs up to Bush's Crawford Ranch.) We had a little photo op on their front porch. PawPaw Camper has a picture of the 8 of us. Hopefully, I can add that to the post soon!

For the latter part of the week, we spent time with my family in Fort Worth at Kim and Jim's house. We relaxed and shopped most of the time. We FINALLY found shoes that fit Wade's fat, thick feet! Stride Right, 4 1/2 W. Now, he doesn't have to have naked feet in this cold weather!
I had a Christmas card vision. I wanted to have our picture taken at a Christmas Tree Farm. Well, we didn't have anyone to take our picture if we went to cut one down. Well, at least no one who could take a picture with the quality we would want for our Christmas card. While shopping, the 7 of us stopped into Calloway Nursery. It was a winter wonderland! Perfect! So that's our secret, we did not go to the mountains. We just went to Calloway's!
To end the weekend, my dad, Jason, and I went to the Baylor v. Tech game! WOW! Another great game! Way to go Bears!
Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We have so much to be thankful for!
