We were worried... no, maybe more concerned. Our precious firstborn was in for the shock of a lifetime. He is was our only baby. He was the subject of many conversations and pictures. He was the first thing I thought about when I got home, and the last thing I thought about when I left.
Brinkley... our sweet precious puppy dog. Bless his little heart. How was he going to process this change in our home? How was he going to react to something taking precedence over him? How would he interact with Wade? Would he get depressed, pout, act out? We knew he did well with other people's children. But our child... we weren't sure.
So it was time... time for the two to meet.
